Once you know what these mean, you can shop the whole collection without asking us a single question.
The grade
One of five words, and each means the same thing on every piece in the house. The full rubric is published — nothing is graded on a curve or on a good day.
The condition note
Where a grade is general, the note is specific: the exact corner, the exact mark. If a piece has one, we wrote it before you asked.
The photographs
Every angle, including the ones that aren't flattering — corners, interior, hardware, and whatever is wrong with it. The flaw is in the gallery, not hidden behind it.
