Privacy policy

This site is operated by Meuvement Luxury LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as The Luxury Movement. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do — and don’t do — with it. It’s written to be read, not skimmed past.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Boutique applications. Name, email, phone, location, and what you write about yourself — your reasons, your experience, your preferred format, and how you heard about us.
• Email subscriptions. Your email address and where on the site you signed up, so we can send you release and arrival notifications.
• Contact messages. Your name, email, the route you selected, and your message.

We also use Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used. It is a privacy-focused tool: it reports aggregate page views and does not use cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not build a profile of you.

How we use it

To reply to you, to review boutique applications, to send the emails you asked for, and to run and improve the site. That’s the whole list. We use your information for the purpose you gave it to us — nothing else.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with data brokers or advertising networks. There is no third-party advertising on this site.

Where your information lives

The site runs on Vercel. Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, and notification emails are delivered through Resend. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We don’t hand your information to anyone beyond the providers needed to run the site, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Email subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Boutique applications are kept while the program and its waitlist are active, so we can come back to strong applications as cohorts open. Contact messages are kept as long as it takes to resolve them, plus a reasonable period for context if you write again. When information no longer serves the purpose you gave it for, we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@meuvement.com and a person will handle it. Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. If you live somewhere with specific privacy rights — California, the EEA, or the UK, for example — we honor those rights, and we extend the same courtesy to everyone else regardless of where they live.

Children

This site is not directed to children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and revise the effective date at the top. We won’t quietly weaken it.
